Return the scooter on time. A fee of 20,000 VND per exceeded hour applies, or the full-day rental cost if overtime exceeds 08 hours.
In the event of an accident, the party found guilty by the police is responsible for repair costs of the e-motorbike.
Compensation must be paid for any damage or loss of the e-motorbike, helmet, key, battery or charger. Costs will follow VinFast 3S service pricing.
In all cases, purchased services are non-refundable.
